By accessing and utilizing the web application provided at ResizeAny.com (“ResizeAny”, “we”, “our”, or “the Service”), you signify your unconditional agreement to these Terms of Service and all applicable local, national, and international laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Service.

2. Scope of Service & In-Browser Execution

ResizeAny provides client-side digital image manipulation utilities, including but not limited to pixel dimension resizing, percentage scaling, target file size compression (KB/MB), aspect ratio management, image cropping, rotation, and modern format conversions (WebP, AVIF, JPEG, PNG).

The Service operates locally inside your browser client. We do not provide cloud file storage, file hosting, or ongoing cloud synchronization services.

3. User Intellectual Property & Image Ownership

You retain 100% full and exclusive ownership, copyrights, trademark rights, and all other intellectual property rights to any images, graphics, photos, or documents you process through ResizeAny.

Because our service operates entirely within your browser memory and never transmits or stores files on our servers, ResizeAny claims zero license, copyright, or ownership over your content.

4. Permitted Commercial & Personal Use

ResizeAny is free for both personal and commercial use:

• You may resize images for personal portfolios, passports, social media accounts, and family albums.
• You may resize images for commercial websites, client deliverables, e-commerce listings, advertising banners, and print publications.
• No attribution or backlink to ResizeAny is legally required (though always appreciated).

5. Prohibited Uses & Conduct

When accessing ResizeAny, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in the application code.
• Distribute malware, malicious scripts, or automated DDoS scripts aimed at disrupting service availability.
• Frame, replicate, or re-brand the website without prior express written permission.
• Process material that violates applicable local or international criminal laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ResizeAny is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While we strive for maximum precision and performance across all modern web browsers, we do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with obsolete or unsupported hardware and browser engines.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ResizeAny, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

Users are advised to maintain independent backup copies of all original image files prior to performing resizing or compression.
